because they don't understand that growth/success is not linear.

"The Plateau of Latent Potential" is the lag time between what you think should happen and what actually happens.

This means as an entrepreneur or professional if you keep
consistently applying DAILY effort to improve a skill or execute a task over time you will achieve EXPONENTIAL growth/results.

e.g.

A farmer after planting the seeds in the soil does not keep
checking every day if the seeds are growing or not.

She understands her job is to keep watering & nurturing
the soil DAILY and the seeds will grow over time
due to the law of compounding

However, like most entrepreneurs/professionals I used to get frustrated working on my startup daily and not seeing daily results.

Growth is not linear... it's exponential.
